Motion died for lack of a second. Mr. Weed stated that in order for a regional plan to be effective the City of Everett will be required to sign an agreement to send all their waste to the solid waste site. 11 Robert Meola, 1605 126th Street SE, stated he felt there was no urgency in passing this resolution now. He stated that CH2M Hill, the County's Consultant, were capable of coming up with a viable plan for the entire region. The Administration would have made the same presentation after our commitment to the County of involvement by May 1. 2.
