He stated that CH2M Hill, <br /> the County's Consultant, were capable of coming up with a viable <br /> plan for the entire region. <br /> President Niva read the following statement from Mayor Moore; <br /> rnProitideZIT:!Member StePh'neen"Pr°Peee' 'er Everett' <br /> 1. The Administration would have made the same <br /> presentation after our commitment to the County of <br /> involvement by May 1. <br /> 2. We would not be representing our constituents,citizens <br /> and business and industry, lf we did not examine all <br /> alternatives of Solid Waste before signing into a plan <br /> In which we do not have control. <br /> 3.
