rrirrr 190 May 11,1988 10X ANNEXATION PETITION Moved by Councilmember Gipson, seconded by Councilmember Overstreet to accept a 10X annexation petition for an area from 108th Street SW to 112th Street SW along Highway 99 and that Nay 11, 1988 is the date of the public meeting with the initiators of the annexation. The proponent is directed to circulate a 759 petition indicating that the simultaneous adoption of a comprehensive plan will be required and a proportional share of the existing City indebtedness will be assumed by the annexation area. Roll was called with all councilmembers voting yes. Notion carried. Moved by Councilmember Pope,seconded by Councilmember Overstreet to • authorize the Mayor to execute a supplemental consulting agreement with 32555 0.Montgomery Co.for the design of transmission line#2.
