The decision denied a Special Property �' <br /> Use permit far Evergreen Funeral Home to construct crematorium, <br /> based on the Pact that there was environmental impact but that p I; <br /> the applicant <br /> plicant did not demonstrate no <br /> [public need for the li I� <br /> The applicant contends that en error-in-fact and a r pr-in-law jI, <br /> exists in the record of the Hearing Examiner's decision.
