25S July 6,1980 LENDER AGREEMENTS .1 Moved by Gounclimember Langus, seconded by Councilmember Pope to authorize the Mayor to execute agreements with U.S. Bank, Frontier Bank, First Interstate Bank, Seattle First National Bank, Pioneer Bank and Everett Mutual Savings Bank to provide financing for owner-occupied rehabilitation CHIP loans in the City of Everett. 641 - '16 ' Roll was called with all councilmembess voting yes except Councilmember Gipson who was excused. Motion carried.
