Diane Lane, Animal Shelter Manager, presented slides showing the condition of the present facilities and some of the space problems at the Shelter. In addition to City shelter staff, Snohomish County also has four animal control officers working out of the current facility which also adds to the crowded conditions. The facility is showing signs of age and deterioration. Ws. Lane introduced Mark Stephens and Jean Echols of the Animal Shelter Board and Dr. Koenig and Cr.
