In addition to City shelter staff, Snohomish County <br /> also has four animal control officers working out of the current <br /> facility which also adds to the crowded conditions. The facility is <br /> showing signs of age and deterioration. <br /> Ws. Lane introduced Mark Stephens and Jean Echols of the Animal <br /> Shelter Board and Dr. Koenig and Cr.
