AYES. tangos,lava,step...,Gipson,Morrow Pope,Overstreet NAYS: None Ordinance No.1503-88 adopted. $1 COUNCIL BILL NO.8171,-78 ilk SECOND AND FINAL READING: AN ORDINANCE OF THE City Council of the City of Everett, Washington, providing for the issuance and sale of unlimited tax levy general obligation bonds of the city in the amount of$6,600,000 for the purpose of providing funds to construct Land equip a low-income senior citizen housing facility and make improvements to the existing Everett Senior Center; providing the date,form,terms and maturities of said bonds; h providing for the disposition of the proceeds of sale of such I d T bonds; providing for the annual levy of taxes to pay the principal of and interest on said bonds; and providing for the sale thereof. 1 Mr.Janes pointed out the ordinance had been changed since the first reading on line 7 of the last paragraph of page 20 to permit a pro division of costs of issuance of the bonds between the amounts to be expended by the Rousing Authority of the City of Everett on the new low-income senior citizen housing facility, and the 0,4 improvements to be made by the city to the existing Everett Senior Center. He asked that the council include this amendment in their ' motion.
