Upon roll call It was found <br /> that Mayor f.loore and all councilmembers were present. <br /> Minutes of the meeting held July 20,1988 sate approved as Printed. <br /> AMYOR'S COMMENTS <br /> Mayor Moore announced that It is again the political season where <br /> signs seem to appear everywhere and create a visual blight <br /> throughout the entire City. The City will be removing any signs <br /> , which are placed on public right-of-ways and the candidates will be <br /> . . <br /> 12 2:pick up their signs. <br /> Clair Olivers,Utility Superintendent,stated the repairs to the No. <br /> teeter line are now complete. The line is being tested and is not <br /> yet up to full pressure but should be by the end of the day. <br /> j3. <br /> ,.. EVERETT GENERAL PLAN <br /> :' <br /> Dennis Derrckson, Planning Director, introduced the Everett General' ',, Plan compilation, in loose leaf form for ease of updating and <br /> 4amending. This document offers'assistance in planning for the <br /> i <br /> ;',,,i l'Pj',. City's future development and offers a comprehensive view cf various <br /> plans and programs as they exist today. He alsc presented copies of', .;;' the Everett Central City Development Plan, A Pedestrian and Bicycle <br /> Access Plan for Everett's Snohomish Riverfront, and An Urban Design <br /> ,, t''.
