<br /> and has given his time, management expertise, and many other

<br /> provided his leadership abilities, and, was instrumental in making
<br /> sure that the City was committed to supporting a Senior Center and

<br /> WHEREAS, Norm L. O'Donnell was our first Chairman of the
<br /> 1 4 I EVelett Senior Center Executive Advisory Board, and he served as
<br /> Chairman for six years, and it was during this period that we
<br /> 11,,',1', ` experienced tremendous growth, and he 1 provided his management and t 1 leadership expertise here at the Senior Center,and
<br /> l' 1 I,,,,j WHEREAS,his accomplishments and contributions to the greater
<br /> I i 0'r Everett Community are like a"Who's Who.,and he was most active in
<br /> numerous lodges, the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Everett
<br />, 1 r 10,1 Golf and Country Club and Elks Lodge,and
<br /> WHEREAS, Norm L. O.Donnell was a very special and unique
<br /> person who nada zest for life and lived it to the fullest, and

<br /> Board of Directors meeting he had attended and said there was a lot

<br /> oeenthusiasm by NLC about the new administration, Bush or Dukakis,
<br /> whoever it is,In terms of city programs.
