<br /> WEEREAs, on June 7, 1900, the Silver Lake Action Committee
<br /> I i I ' ' filed.appeal,and on June 9,1900,Ms.Dorothy Vendeventer filed
<br /> an appeal of the Hearing Examiner's dectsion, which requires a
<br /> public meeting before City Council;and
<br /> I,1.11,. wHEREAS, on July 20, 1988 the CitY Coancil held . Poblic
<br /> meeting and determined that the Hearing Examiner may have made ai)
<br /> #6iii-I ,ri '' error in fact,law or procedure end set a public hearing to further
<br /> discuss the project issues;and
<br /> ''if, WHEREAS, the City Council finds, based on the Hearing
<br /> Examiner's Findings, Conclusions and Decision, the record of the
