<br /> ',b1,,IC WHEREAS, on July 20, 1H8 the City Council held a public

<br /> error in fact,law or procedure and set a public to further

<br /> EXaminer's Public Hearing and the record established at the City
<br /> Council Public Hearing held on August 10, 1988 that there waa no

<br /> hereby Denies said appeal and Grants the Shoreline Substantial
