Sno-Nater as obtained a consultant's report indicating <br /> that the City of Everett is the onlysource <br /> rc of water adequate to <br /> meet the foreseeable needs of North Snohomish County;and <br /> WHEREAS, Sno-Mater has petitioned the Snohomish County <br /> Council to declare North Snohomish County as a Critical Water Supply <br /> Area rea pursuant to RCM 70.116. County staff predicts that the <br /> eai•cess will take approximately three y At he conclusion of <br /> the <br /> process a plan will be adopted which will coordinate and <br /> regulate the distribution of Water throughout North Snohomish <br /> County. In the meantime,however, the need for a wholesale sou <br /> rce <br /> S <br /> o <br /> fwater is critical.
