He stated the <br /> need for the ORS Feasibility Study arises from the desire o develop <br /> e <br />.33 a master plan for future development of Langus R front Park. <br /> Since a majority of the Langus RiverPront site is comprised o4 <br /> c <br /> 0 sensitive wetland habitat, the dedication of 12 acres of available <br /> upland open space to ORV use deserves scrutiny.
