The total estimated cost and expense of the <br /> impxmve s is declared to be$2,023,000,approximately$150,000 of <br /> Which has already been spent for design purposes pursuant to <br /> Ordinance No. 1307-87, and the entire cost and expense of such <br /> improvements shall be borne by and assessed against the roperty • <br /> specially benefited by such improvements to be included in reformed <br /> LID No.727 to be established embracing as nearly as practicable all <br /> the property specially benefited by the improvements. • <br /> Section 3. All persons who may desire to object to the <br /> amen cribed herein are notified to appear and present <br /> soot <br /> such objections at a hearing before the City Council to be held in <br /> the Council Chambers in the City Hall in Everett, Washington, at <br /> 8:30 a.m. on December 28, 1980, which time and place are fixed for <br /> hearing all matters relating to the proposed improvements and all • <br /> objections thereto and for determining the method of payment for • <br /> [hose improvements. All persons who may desire to abject thereto <br /> should appear and present their objections at such hearing. Any <br /> person who may desire to file a written protest with the City <br /> Council may do so within thirty days after the date of assage of <br /> the ordinance ordering the improvement in the eventthe local <br /> improvement district is formed.
