The Notice and ;.'. <br /> Order declared that the building shall either be repaired in <br /> accordance with the current Building Code or demolished. <br /> Ms. Payne said she received a letter dated December 19, 1988 from <br /> Steven J. Peiffle, an attorney representing the property <br /> owners, <br /> stating that the propertyowners are interested in solving the <br /> problem and will need some time to obtain estimates concerning <br /> restoration of the property. The letter asked that the resolution <br /> be held in abeyance for a period of three months. <br /> Ns.
