The proposed vacation contains an area of <br /> approximately 37,551 sq.ft.and is within the C-2 Heavy Commercial <br /> Light Industrial Zone. <br /> The proposed vacation Is requested to consolidate properties for II <br /> eventual redevelopment by the abutting property owner, III'S DOOR <br /> SALES.
