26 January 25,1989 Roll was celled on the amendment with all councilmembers voting yes. Amendment carried. Moved by councilmember Overstreet,seconded by Councilmember Diamond to amend the ordinance by adding the word "owners" following the word :property: on line 13 of Section 8 and deleting the words "or the persons in control of property owners within its scope"on line 13 and 14,Page 8. Zinions=n,:h=edmigs of the Senior Center and the proposed Councilmemhez Overstreet asked for the time frame on the center and Mr. Kozlowski said the bids will be received the end of February with an estimated construction completion for September,1989. councilmember Landis asked about parking while the addition was being constructed and Mr.KozlaVski, Project Coordinator, said they are arranging for the center staff and the construction people to park on some private lots to make more room for the visitors and are = goggrth:2tus to transport the 0151'0'from tgrparng lot to p: : e.
