98 <br /> Parch 8,1989 <br /> Bill Cushman, Finance Director, said after closing the 1988 books <br /> there was sore cash available than had been estimated due to <br /> departments not spending all their budget and because of an increase <br /> in revenues. <br /> Revenue Sources were as follows: <br /> Cash Forward <br /> $1,733,000 <br /> Special Capital Projects <br /> 1,607,000 <br /> Real Estate Excise Tax 750,000 <br /> • The council discussed the capital planning projects including <br /> 5NOPAC,Planning Department needs,LID 727,increased costs of labor <br /> benefits, neve Animal Shelter and Sister City project. Suggested <br /> Property purchases, additional space in the Wetmore Bldg., stadium <br /> seating,. Park history, WCIT costs, YWCA request, Field <br /> Auditor/Inspector and Drug Education Funding. They also discussed <br /> Fire Stations, Community Center a Day Center and City Hall/Safety <br /> Bldg. <br /> No priorities were set or any action taken an any of the projects. <br /> • <br /> On motion,the meeting adjourned at 145 p.m. <br /> • <br /> Reed and approved as printed.
