116 March 29,1989 The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 p.m. March 29, 1989 in the Council Chambers of the Everett City Hall, President Niva presiding. Two more of firers will be on board in the near future. Two target areas of the City have been designated for a high visual awareness of the emphasis by the City to reduce the drug traffic,both by the consumers and the dealers. Councilmember Overstreet commented on the Automatic Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) which was installed last week at Snohomish County.
