The first, a resolution to amend the General Plan <br /> for Lot 6, Seaway Center. Lot 6 was not incuded in the Seaway . <br /> Center Master Plan and was designated as a "Development Reserve" <br /> area. The applicant has now requested a General Plan Change for Lot ,k <br /> 6 from Multi..Family Residential (10-15 d.u.'s/gross acre)to Office <br /> and Industrial Park use to allow conference center development on <br /> the 20 acre site. <br /> The second item is also a resolution to amend the General Plan by <br /> eliminating Narbeck Road. The Narbeck Road concept was adopted as <br /> part of the transportation element of the Southwest Everett ComP <br /> Plan. It was shown as one of the two street corrydors linking <br /> .
