The City Council of the City of Everett, representing <br /> i0 the citizens of the City of Everett, hereby <br /> acknowledges and honors the memory of James Mathews. <br /> 0 2. Various cities are looking 0xc <br /> et formalizing their annexation policies according to services no <br /> provided, n <br /> services which can be provided in the future and the <br /> actual to rasp. He stated am emorandum of agreement resolving <br /> annexation issues with SnohomishCounty will be coming to Council <br /> for consideration <br /> ration!n the near future. <br /> David Noenlg, Planning Staff, reviewed the various policies and q,;_i. <br /> development reports that the City has followed.
