A.15 acre isolated wetland <br /> and a 1.06 acre <br /> ss e wetland associated with North Creek e n the <br /> site. After reviewing environmental checklist, a wetland <br /> mitigation plan, and public comments, the City issued a Final <br /> p <br /> Mitigated Determination P Non-Significance on April 18,1909. <br /> An appeal of the Determination of Non-Significance was received on <br /> April 27, 1989 from Peggy Boehner. The followingissueswe <br /> appealed: Plants/Animals, Snohomish County Buffer Policies, end <br /> Park/Recreation Impacts. <br /> Mary Cunningham,.Planning Staff,presented slides of the Ouesenberg <br /> property which is located east of 3rd Avenue SE and south of Everett <br /> Mall Way. The current zoning designation is C-1,General Commercial. 14.'? <br /> Me.
