It is recommended that the City Council.accept the <br /> petition. <br /> Moved by Ccuncilmember Gipson, seconded by Councilmember Overstreet <br /> to accept the 102 annexatiun petition and consider June 14, 1989 a <br /> that date of the public meeting with the initiators of annexation as <br /> required pursuant to RCM 35.13.125 and to direct then proponents to <br /> Circulate a 75%petition indicating that the simultaneous adoption <br /> { <br /> of aomp[ehensive plan will be required, and that a proportionate <br /> share of he existing city indebtedness is required to be assumed by <br /> the annexation area. <br /> �.. -Poll was called with all cou ncllmembere voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ANNEXATION PETITION <br /> Art Kos said another petition has been received Per 3.57 acres east <br /> recon <br /> of Highway 99 along Brldgeway in north Everett.
