That the Payor be authorized to sign a formal application tIpto the Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation for funding O�w¢ assistance. 2. That any 4untl assistance so x ceivetl be usetl in the development oP impiovetl public access Pac111ties on Eveiett's Jetty Island. 3. That 5150:000be authorized and appropriated as a source y,.f. oe f revenue in the 1990 City of Everett budget from the general fund as the local share o4 Jetty Island improvements. 6. That$110,000 be authorized and appropriated as a source o4 revenue in the 1990 City o4 Everett budget from a contribution by the Port of Everett as the Port's share of the Jetty island Pier Project. 3, 5. That 5150:010 be authorized and appropriated as a source / of revenue in the 1990 City of Everett budget from IAC matching funds for the Jetty Island improvements. " 6. That the combined amounts above of$610,000 be authorized antlppred as a source f revenue to,as form of expense Jetty e in the Jetty Island construction fund of thu 1990 City of Everett budget. T. NON: THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, to submit this solution to the Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation,that the City hes officially obligated funding sources to meet the grant match by using funds of the City of Everett as Outlined herewith. Roll was called with all unczlmembers voting yes except Councilmembex Langur who was excused. Notion carried.
