<br /> N reviewed two proposals regarding the acquisition o4 land in the
<br /> vicinity of the Hanabrook subdivision.
<br /> Alison Moss,presentative Hanabrook,Inc.,dstated that Mx.Zimny and
<br /> Hanabrook representatives with tthe vas have reached agreement regarding the
<br /> fr 4 property trade with the following benefit to the Cily:
<br /> 1. 34.9 acres of open space
<br /> 2. lntegreted openspace/stream corridor system
<br /> 3. Settles potential$60,885 dispute
