The ollowing issues were appealed: Plants/animals, Snohomish County Buffer Policies,and Parks and Recreation impacts. City Council held a hearing on June 7,1985 to consider the appeal. After hearing all the testimony, Comoil directed staff to prepare Findings,Conclusions,and a Decision for City Council aPPrOVal.
