The transfer of the <br /> monies from Fund 327 to Fund 225 was budgeted es a revenue in Fund <br /> 225 but was inadvertently omitted from the expenditure budget in <br /> Fund 327. Grand Ave. contains an area of approximately 8,100 <br /> at. ft. and is within the C-1 General Commercial zone. This <br /> vacation is proposed in conjunction with Meridian Aggregate <br /> Company's request for rezone and consolidation of adjoing properties <br /> ,from C-1 General Commercial to a M-1 Heavy Manufacturing <br /> Designation. To date there have been no protests received. <br /> It is recommended that City Council approve the vacation of Winter <br /> St. from 15th St. to E.
