Supplemental <br /> Agreement No. I modified the original agreement to incorporate the <br /> design of a combined sewer overflow(C50)control ,41pipeline. I 1 <br /> The design of the Navy sewer force/gravity main and the CSO control <br /> pipeline has been completed. Construction bids are now being <br /> solicited as part of the Navy Defense Access Road project. <br /> Supplemental Agreement Na.2 will allow 00113 to provide construction <br /> management services for both the Navy sewer main and the C50 control <br /> pipeline. <br /> Moved by Councilmember Gipson, seconded by Councilmember Langus to <br /> authorize the Mayor to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 2 with <br /> Howard, Needles, Tamen, and Bergendoff to provide construction <br /> management services for both the Navy sewer main and the CSO control <br /> pipeline. <br /> 5 <br /> Roll was called with all councilmembers voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> , I <br />
