The complex is to be located on a S 1.9 acre site at 1716 121st E. , An appeal of the Mitigated DNS was submitted by the Silver Lake '� Action Committee appealing the following issues: 1) Adequacy of Wetland Mitigation, 2) Drainage, 3) Adverse Impacts from Grading and Fill, 4) Lack.of Recreational Facilities, and 5) Traffic.. City Council held a public hearing on July 26, 1989 to Consider the appeal.
