The complex is to be located on a <br /> S <br /> 1.9 acre site at 1716 121st E. <br /> , An appeal of the Mitigated DNS was submitted by the Silver Lake <br /> '� Action Committee appealing the following issues: 1) Adequacy of <br /> Wetland Mitigation, 2) Drainage, 3) Adverse Impacts from Grading <br /> and Fill, 4) Lack.of Recreational Facilities, and 5) Traffic.. <br /> City Council held a public hearing on July 26, 1989 to Consider the <br /> appeal.
