BID AWARD Moved by-Councilmember Morrow,-seconded by Councilmember Overstreet that the contract for Transmission Line No. 2, Obey Island Section, be awarded to Tri-state Construction, Inc. of Bellevue, Washington based upon their proposal and unit bid of unit prides extended'For the estimated total of$2,618,551.47 as received at the bid opening held at 2:00 p.m.,on August 31,1989.
