HEARING-SEPA APPEAL-DALLY HONES <br /> President Niva opened the hearing and stated the purpose is to <br /> consider the appeal of the Environmental Determination of SEPA <br /> 327-89 for Dally Homes,Subdivision I3-09. <br /> Paul Roberts, Director of Planning and Community Development, said <br /> that some specific fishery concerns exist with the project site. <br /> The applicant and the appellants have geed to explore other <br /> options in regards the sensitivity of the <br /> wetlands/wildlife/fisheriesconcen1 5 He said that beth parties <br /> will enter into a compromise agreement which is Intended to <br /> facilitate the interests of both parties. A <br /> Revised Determination of Non-Sigificance was issued on June 21, <br /> { (" 1989.
