She stated that court reporter was in <br /> attendance and asked that everyone state heir name and addressfor <br /> the record. She also stated that all those who wish to present <br /> t )I z testimony,would be sworn in by the Clerk. <br /> Justin Osemene, Planning Staff, stated the applicants, Howard and <br /> Bill Wilson, have requested the amendment and rezone for the two <br /> existing multiple family apartment buildings on the site. The <br /> request is to change the current zoning designation from R-1,Single <br /> . <br /> Family Low Density,to R-3,Multiple Family Low Density Residential, <br /> Comprehensive hensivenPlan Policy. gross acre, as stipulated in the <br /> pro y. <br /> This matter wasconsidered by the Hearing Examiner on Ma C 25, 1989 . <br /> I , A recommendation of approval for the rezone subject to a Concomitant <br /> Agreement. A reconsideration was <br /> rerequest and on August 8s 1989 a <br /> i II hearing s <br /> s held, an mended recommendation , restricting <br /> the height limitations on the structures to thee s givencurrent height. <br /> { d Nr. Osemene said there has been some confusion as to the'current <br /> 't <br /> building heights,which now has been determined to be 22 feet and 24 <br /> t y'q <br /> feet by the City's building official. <br /> Grant Weed, representing the neighborssaid the concern with the <br /> qqrezone is the height regulations which if the properties a <br /> extended would adverselyaffectOeth neighborhood.
