Glantz Supply,Inc. $124,291.24 Klockstad const.Co. 247,286.73 Nardone Mechanical Contractors 199,440.78 Sheldrup Construction,Inc. 232,524.60 nRecommendation is to award to the low bidder,Glantz Supply. BID AWARD Moved by Councilmember Pope, seconded by Councilmember Morrow to concur in the recommendation and award the bid for the fuel tank replacement project to the lowest bidder, Glantz Supply, at their bid of$124,291.24. Roll was called with all councilmembers voting yes except President Wive and Councilmember Oiamond who were excused. Motion carried. CHANGE ORDER Moved by Councilmember Gipson, seconded by Councilmember Pope to approve change Order/3 in the amount of$44,488.97 to Skillingstad Construction for the Service Center Remodel. Roll was called with all councilmembers voting yes except President 0106 692 Councilmeber Diamond who were excused. Motion carried. RESOLUTION-SOLE SOURCE Moved by Councilmember Gipson, seconded by Councilmember Overstreet to adopt Resolution 00.729606 follows: WHEREAS, the temporary library building needs to be modified into two units and moved to make way for parking lot consruction and meet our schedule for opening the new branch library; WHEREAS, the original builder,Westmark Industries, Inc.,is most familiar with their module and can meet our accelerated schedule for opening the new libary branch;and WHEREAS, Westmake Industries, Inc. can provide this service at a cost of$22,932.80, NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Purchasing department is authorized to obtain a sole source service contract from Westmark Industries, Inc. for $22,932.80 to effect the module move and reconstruction for the Facilities and Parks Departments.
