At that time the council was concerned about access <br /> I' ' to the riverfront and asked that it be investigated. He said there <br /> is no need to retain an easement for access to the riverfront as <br /> there is access to the north of 15th St. off of Walnut. He <br /> recommended vacating the street subject to the provisions stipulated <br /> at the hearing. <br />
