Ni. Cooper presented each <br /> Councilmember with a copy of the recently completed History of <br /> Everett Parke. The History was researched by Ralph Mackey and .. <br /> written by Bale Preboski and Allen May. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilmember Gipson asked if the problem of the alley access <br /> obstruction in the 17th block between Lombard and Oakes could be <br /> looked into. One of the residents seems to have built a fence into <br /> the alley access.
