Ni. Cooper presented each Councilmember with a copy of the recently completed History of Everett Parke. The History was researched by Ralph Mackey and .. written by Bale Preboski and Allen May. COUNCIL COMMENTS Councilmember Gipson asked if the problem of the alley access obstruction in the 17th block between Lombard and Oakes could be looked into. One of the residents seems to have built a fence into the alley access. City report back Administration will review the problem and to Councilmember Gipson. Councilmember Catgut thanked all city employees, councilnmmbers, committee members and citizens of Everett for working with him 1 ' during his twenty years of service on the Council.
