Upon roll call it was found that Mayor Minch and all councilmen were present. Minutes of the meeting held January 17 and January 24,were approved es printetl. MAYOR'S COMMENTS Mayor Winch asked•for an executive session on personnel and property netters. COUNCIL COMMENTS Councilman Overstreet said he had attended tte d presented Snohmishprogram Cities and on and Towns meetiand the United Way o needs. He suggested a workshop be held so the council could hear this presentation. He said he had also attended the town meeting lest night and thought „e.; it was a good meeting. President Pope said he had been appointedtto the Transportation and Communications Committee of NLC and was looking forward to attending I the meeting in Washington.
