Bennett, m.D. to be the city's Medical Director. Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. Motion carried. HOTEL/MOTEL TAX REVENUES t _ Councilman Gipson said the Budget Committee had reviewed the requests from Northwest Freedom Foundation, Salty Sea Days and Visitor.s Information Center for funds ',OM the Hotel/Motel Tax . Revenues. As chairman of the committee he made a motion which was seconded by Councilman Morrow to authorize the following funding. $11,361 to Sno.Co.Visitor Information Center $1S,000 to Northwest Freedom Foundation $20,000 to Salty Sea DaYs _ Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. Motion carried. AGREEMENTS-SIGNAL RECONSTRUCTIONS . Moved by Councilman Gipson, seconded by Councilman Diamond.to _ authorize the Mayor to sign agreements with the state to provide V funding for reconstruction of traffic signals at 19th SE and 110th St.S.E.and Hewitt AV8.and Maple Street. Motion carried. SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE OF RESTROOM Moved by Councilman Diamond, seconded by Councilman Overstreet to authorize the Purchasing Division to purchase one Super Secure Brand restroom from Vanco Assoc. the sole distributor in the State of Washington for$33,685 plus'Washington State Sales Tax. Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. Motion carried. CHANGE ORDER Moved by Councilman Overstreet, seconded by Councilman Diamond to „ authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order f2 for a decrease in the I l' amount of$407,860 from the contract with Tri State Construction for Pipeline No.2-Ebey ISland.
