Testimony was also <br /> presented regarding the need for single family housing at this <br /> particular location. <br /> CONCLUSIONS: Pll l'i <br /> City Council finds that there is a need for mixed housing at this <br /> particular location, including single family and multiple family <br /> housing,which has been provided on the proposed master development <br /> site plan. 1 i YI <br /> OECISION. 111 l'1, <br /> City Council finds that the proposed rezone, subject Sc the <br /> conditions contained in the concomitant agreement, benefits the <br /> public health, safety, morals and general Welfare and that the ' <br /> Merrill Creek proposal is in harmony with the comprehensive plan of <br /> land use for the City. The rezone of 94.5 acres from R-1 and R-S to ',. <br /> R-3(A)Multiple Family Low Density Residential Zone fox the Merrill 1,, <br /> Creek Multi-Family development with the conditions contained in the , <br /> attached concomitant agreement is granted.
