146 April 18,1990 <br /> 11.1TERIENT <br /> Moved by Councilman Gipson, seconded by Councilman Diamond to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign an interlocal agreement with the Everett <br /> School District to provide additional ingress/egress off of 38th and <br /> 39th Streets to Memorial Stadium <br /> Roll vas called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> .0..LOT ir"DENIA'APPEALSORST. - <br /> Bruce Jonas, City Attorney, stated the Planning Director received <br /> pe,itions regarding the Hoffman appeal. The appeal is to be <br /> reviewed strictly on the prior public records and the petitions are <br /> not a part of tonight's proceedings. <br /> Gerry Ervine,Planning Staff,stated on September 22,1989,the City <br /> denied a lot certification which would have allowed Thomas Hoffman <br /> to build a single family home on the 3,000 square foot substandard <br /> lot located north of 2324 Walnut Street. Mr. Hoffman appealed the <br /> administrative decision to the Hearing Examiner, with the Hearing <br /> Examiner upholding the administrative decision and denying the <br /> appeal. <br /> The action required of council is: <br /> 1.
