Brian Jones stated that homes within 150 feet of sewer <br /> rine are required t0.connect; however, the property Owner woul <br /> required to pay from his property t0 the manhole. <br /> Councilman Overstreet inquired as to the street improvement benefits <br /> of the property.Brian said there was O benefit. <br /> President Pope asked for citizen comments. <br /> Lucille Caudle,property arose the street,indicated flat they <br /> had been assessed t thenreceived a letter from the City <br /> rescinding the assessment because othey had received no benefits. I� <br /> Samuel Caudle, owner of 1 <br /> property in question, explained ed that if he <br /> did t t hook.up it would be a considerable cost to him.
