Upon roll call it was 1 ,, found that-all councilmen were present except Councilman Gipson who was excused. 10''I' The minutes of the May 9,1990 meeting were approved as printed. ill I Il I MOOR'S COMMENTS On June 23 and 24 the City will showcase all city services at the Everett Mall. Each department will have a display that will be staffed with City employees. A promotional licence agreement is needed between the City of Everett and the Everett Mall. Mooed by Councilman Morrow, seconded by Councilman Moser to ', 11'41 i authorize the Mayor to sign a promotional license agreement between ' the Everett Mall Merchants Association and the City of Everett permitting the City to exhibit City displays on June 23rd and 24th. 1a :T Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes, except Councilman Gipson who was excused. 'I I 11.f,,Ill Mayor Kinch explained that a temporary tenant agreement with the 1, 1, 1,, Everett Mail was needed for the satellite City Hall Information Center at the Everett Mall. The Mall is donating a temporary storefront space to the City for a three month period. The satellite City Hall will be an informational center that will provide general information to the public on all city services. It will be staffed and open seven days a week. N .
