Mr. Roberts recommended approval of the proposal and <br /> resolution and pointed coy that the three conditions stated in the <br /> resolution mere important to the City. Paul further read into the <br /> record two letters received, 1)Ralph and Lil Humphrey,in Dm009 of <br /> Trgesgroa:rwran/'1 0) Peggy <br /> 'le'lend' in <br /> "yob of the <br /> Poorly <br /> councilman <br /> : bgibbecbTebefbeeed bb <br /> 3ulnrergglat=erets al::tattr= ons. <br /> Mark Krandall said findings indicated the figures were very similar. <br /> Councilman Overstreet proposed an amendment to the resolution <br /> regarding the allocation of the Local Opportunity Find. <br /> Mark Wiandall indicated he would take this information back to the <br /> County CoDPPil. <br /> Moved by Councilman Overstreet, seconded by Councilman Gipson to <br /> amend the resolution including the following.
