Pam Farnsworth, Planning Staff, stated that the aPPellant the applicant had been been advised that the hearing would probably be continued due to the length of the Dally Homes appealon today's Council agenda. Mx. Bill Bions the Appellants s even j though the agenda was as long asanticipated, that the appeal be granted due to theoo uncertainty in preparing for the appeal presentation. Neil Goodsell,the Applicant,stated that it crated a financial hardship for him to have to take time off work to appear again and asked that the hearing proceed today.
