Bill Bions the Appellants s even <br /> j though the agenda was as long asanticipated, that the appeal be <br /> granted due to theoo uncertainty in preparing for the appeal <br /> presentation. <br /> Neil Goodsell,the Applicant,stated that it crated a financial <br /> hardship for him to have to take time off work to appear again <br /> and <br /> asked that the hearing proceed today. <br />
