• _ <br /> 303 <br /> August 15,19,0 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order <br /> at 7:00 p.m., August 15, IDWO in the City Council Chambers of <br /> Everett City Hall,President Pope presiding. Upon roll call it was <br /> found that all councilmen were present. <br /> The minutes of the August 8,1.0 meeting were approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR'S COMMENTS <br /> Sarah France, Mayor's Staff, introduced Karinne Fujii who was <br /> presented with the "Youth Ambassador Award.. Karinne was nominated <br /> by Jim Pringle of Cascade High School because of the many hours of I <br /> community service that she has provided to our comunity which <br /> includes volunteer work for the Puget Sound Kidney Center, helping <br /> an elderly couple in her neighborhood, and being a language tutor <br /> for foreign children. <br /> Mayor Kinch indicated that he was aware of a street parking problem <br /> in the vicinity at 34th and Broadway.
