FO L, <br /> 309 <br /> August 15,1290 „., <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the owner of the H.11 <br /> property at 7716 E.Casino Road,Everett,Washington has been given <br /> Notice of the Council meeting;and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council finds that there has been no appeal <br /> of the Order or Supplemental Order issued by the Planning/Community <br /> Development Director and that the appeal period has expired;and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, upon due consideration, deems it <br /> in the best interest of the health,safety and welfare of the public <br /> ost this resolution be adopted requiring the removal of all junk, <br /> debris,trash,garbage and vegetation from the house and premises; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> 1. That the house and premises located at 7716 E. Casino <br /> Road, Everett, Washington; which is legally described <br /> as follows; contains conditions which endanger the <br /> life,limb, health, property,safety and welfare of the <br /> public and the occupant. <br /> tot 7,Block 3,l'everlY.Ome Treetop.iviFion.0. <br /> 1,as per plat recorded in Volume 10 of Plats on <br /> page 5,records of Snohomish County <br /> EXCEPT the East 10 feet conveyed to the City of <br /> Everett Under Auditor's File No.2132074 <br /> Situate in the Caunty of Snohomish, State of <br /> Washington <br /> 2. That the above-oescribed property is hereby declared to <br /> be substandard as is defined in the Uniform Housing <br /> Code. <br /> 3. That the Planning/Community Development Director is <br /> hereby authorized to have repair work performed to the <br /> above-described house and premises by clearing all <br /> junk, trash, debris, garbage and vegetation from said <br /> premises. <br /> 4. That all expenses incurred by the City as a result of <br /> said repair work (the clearing and disposing of all <br /> junk, trash, debris, garbage and vegetation from the <br /> house and premises) shall be made a personal obligation <br /> of the property owner or an assessment against the <br /> property, in which case the City of Everett shall ask <br /> the County Treasurer to enter the amount of the <br /> assessment upon the tax rolls against the property and <br /> collect the same with regular property taxes and with <br /> interest at such rate as provided for in RCS 84.56.020. <br /> 5. That the herein described repair work(the clearing and <br /> disposing of all junk, trash, debris, garbage and <br /> vegetation from the house and premises) shall not be <br /> commenced until not less than ten (10) days after the <br /> notification by personal service or by mailing via <br /> registered or certified mail of notice of the herein <br /> described Everett City Council Resolution of the owners <br /> of the herein described prope=ty. <br />
