FO L, 309 August 15,1290 „., WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the owner of the H.11 property at 7716 E.Casino Road,Everett,Washington has been given Notice of the Council meeting;and WHEREAS,the City Council finds that there has been no appeal of the Order or Supplemental Order issued by the Planning/Community Development Director and that the appeal period has expired;and WHEREAS, the City Council, upon due consideration, deems it in the best interest of the health,safety and welfare of the public ost this resolution be adopted requiring the removal of all junk, debris,trash,garbage and vegetation from the house and premises; NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED THAT: 1. That the house and premises located at 7716 E. Casino Road, Everett, Washington; which is legally described as follows; contains conditions which endanger the life,limb, health, property,safety and welfare of the public and the occupant. tot 7,Block 3,l'everlY.Ome Treetop.iviFion.0. 1,as per plat recorded in Volume 10 of Plats on page 5,records of Snohomish County EXCEPT the East 10 feet conveyed to the City of Everett Under Auditor's File No.2132074 Situate in the Caunty of Snohomish, State of Washington 2. That the above-oescribed property is hereby declared to be substandard as is defined in the Uniform Housing Code. 3. That the Planning/Community Development Director is hereby authorized to have repair work performed to the above-described house and premises by clearing all junk, trash, debris, garbage and vegetation from said premises. 4. That all expenses incurred by the City as a result of said repair work (the clearing and disposing of all junk, trash, debris, garbage and vegetation from the house and premises) shall be made a personal obligation of the property owner or an assessment against the property, in which case the City of Everett shall ask the County Treasurer to enter the amount of the assessment upon the tax rolls against the property and collect the same with regular property taxes and with interest at such rate as provided for in RCS 84.56.020. 5. That the herein described repair work(the clearing and disposing of all junk, trash, debris, garbage and vegetation from the house and premises) shall not be commenced until not less than ten (10) days after the notification by personal service or by mailing via registered or certified mail of notice of the herein described Everett City Council Resolution of the owners of the herein described prope=ty.
