Mr. Terwilliger indicated the Snohomish County Council 8 <br /> was presently drafting an ordinance for the purpose of putting 1 <br /> together a voters' pamphlet. Each local jurisdiction will need to <br /> decide if they want to participate in this project. He indicated 1111 <br /> that the county piens to enter into an interlocal agreement with the <br /> state. The voters'pamphlet is proposed for the fall of 1.1 at an ',' <br /> estimated ea. of $00,000.
