The final assessment roll for LID 729 totalled <br /> 6190,089.47. Payments received during the 30 day collection period <br /> totalled 656,082.32 leaving 4134,007.15 in assessments outstanding. <br /> The outstanding assessments will be billed in twenty annual <br /> installments with interest at 6%. <br /> Moved by Councilman Moser, seconded by Councilman Diamond to accept <br /> the Treasurer's report of collections during the 30 day "prepay <br /> period.for LID 729-3rd Avenue Sewers Project. <br /> , I <br /> =er:Ons,4,1=annveSgtr=n:tur2re=ers except <br /> Councilman <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PETITION OF ANNEXATION <br /> Moved by Councilman Diamond,seconded by Councilman Morrow to accept <br /> a 10% petition for the annexation of an 80 acre area located <br /> southeast of the Lowell neighborhood along the Lowell Snohomish <br /> River ROed. <br /> 1 , <br /> riOs. <br /> Jim Mishich, property owner requesting annexation, stated that he <br /> owned 93% of the proposed property far annexation. He owns <br /> additional property in the City and would like to have all his <br /> property in the same jurisdiction.
