The Mayor and all councilmembers were in attendance. A <br /> review of programs and services was presented by Bill Cushman, <br /> Finance Director. <br /> I <br /> A workshop was held with members of the Planning Commission at 6:00 <br /> p.m. in the Finance Conference Room with the Mayor and all <br /> councilmen in attendance. <br /> ' <br /> k The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order <br /> at 7:00 p.m., September 19, 1990 in the City Council Chambers of <br /> 11' Everett City Hall, President Pope presiding. He also recognized the efforts of the law <br /> IC enforcement community in bringing this issue to the public's <br /> attention. <br />' COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />[ Councilman Morrow reported on the positive vote on the fluoridation <br /> : I issue. /t was a very close vote.
