<br /> County and signed by Council President.
<br /> Councilman Moser asked if the Tomorrow Committee has considered
<br /> looking into the clustering concept. Councilman Overstreet,who is
<br /> chairman of the Tom wOommitt said he felt thisfit within the
<br /> goal and this issue could be brought up at the assembly.

<br /> INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT-SOLID WASTE
<br /> The primary purpose of the agreement is to designate the Snohomish
<br /> County Solid Waste System for disposal of all solid waste coo
<br /> cted
<br /> within the City. This agreement has been intensively negotiated foe
<br /> several"months, and the City has engaged.the services of 31m Waldo
<br /> of Gordon, Thomas, Honeywell, Nalana, Peterson 8 Dalheim to review
<br /> the agreement and negotiate the final provisions with the County.
<br /> The agreement Clarifies the following:
