I <br /> Moved by Councilmen Morrow,seconded by Councilman Diamond to emend <br /> the motion to authorize the Mayor to reappoint John Galt as pro-tem <br /> hearing examiner in addition to the authorization to appoint Ted <br /> Hunter as pro-tem hearing examiner. <br /> Roll was called on the amendment with all councilmen voting yes <br /> except Councilman Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Roll was called on the motion as amended with all councilmen voting <br /> yes except Councilman Moser who voted no and Councilman Gipson who <br /> was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> BID REPORT <br /> Council authorized a bid call August 1, 1990 for the purchase of <br /> semi automatic pistols.
