Quentin Control Systems N.M., inc. for <br /> $110,516.36,including tax,received August 16,1,90 for the project <br /> to secure the top deck of the Everpark Garage as the cost is too <br /> Prohibitive. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except Councilman <br /> Moser who was excused. <br /> Motion carred. <br /> HOUSING HOPE LOAN <br /> Moved by Councilman Morrow, seconded by Councilman Overstreet to <br /> approve the subordination of the City's lien position for$50,000 on <br /> the Housing Hope Norton transitional housing facility to a Frontier <br /> Bank loan in the amount of E105,000. The Housing Hope loan from the <br /> City is a forgivable Community Development Block Grant with nothing <br /> owed to the City after ten years. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except Councilman <br /> Moser wha was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ' <br /> JOS COMPLETE <br /> Moved by Councilman Gipson, seconded by Councilman Overstreet to <br /> accept the Pipeline No. 2 Rehabilitation of e'en Island project as <br /> complete,allowing the Mayor to sign the final contract voucher and <br /> start the 30-day retention period for the release of the retained <br /> amount of$110033.09. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except Councilman <br /> Weser who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION-PARKING <br /> Requests have been received from both the Police and Fire <br /> Departments to sign on-street parking for Police and Fire <br /> Departments use only in the 2800 block of Oakes Avenue. Councilman <br /> Diamond asked what hours the perking restrictions were to be <br /> enforced. Larry Jasper, Fire Department, and Deputy Chief Bob <br /> Stiles, Police Department, indicated that signing for the parking <br /> stalls could indicate regular business hours. <br /> Moved by Councilman Anderson, seconded by Councilman Overstreet to <br /> adopt Resolution No. 3373 authorizing the installation of four <br /> parking stalls for 'Wire Department/Business Use Only"in the 2800 <br /> block of Oakes Avenue, east se and one parking stall for"Police <br /> Cars Only" on California Avenue east of Wetmore, north side as <br /> follows: <br />
