Councilman <br /> Diamond asked what hours the perking restrictions were to be <br /> enforced. Larry Jasper, Fire Department, and Deputy Chief Bob <br /> Stiles, Police Department, indicated that signing for the parking <br /> stalls could indicate regular business hours. <br /> Moved by Councilman Anderson, seconded by Councilman Overstreet to <br /> adopt Resolution No. 3373 authorizing the installation of four <br /> parking stalls for 'Wire Department/Business Use Only"in the 2800 <br /> block of Oakes Avenue, east se and one parking stall for"Police <br /> Cars Only" on California Avenue east of Wetmore, north side as <br /> follows: <br />
